First impressions are crucial in the Real Estate Market.

First impressions are crucial in everyday life & in the Real Estate Market. As a Real Estate professional, I only have a short amount of time to impress & capture a desired Buyer for my clients. Staging is a tool that has always helped up-sale my client’s homes! It’s really a marketing tool which focuses on unifying and making your personal space and & taste more desirable to all Buyers.

 Therefore, I would love to share a few simple tips that have always paid-off for myself & others.

 1 - Clean & declutter.

 This is the biggest & most fruitful step you can take to acquire great results. Well, what does that mean exactly? Clean and store all personal items, such as family photos, religious items, paper clutter, books, etc. & if there is any doubt whether the item in question belongs, then just follow this simple rule (if you wouldn’t find the object in a hotel or resort, get it out of sight). Simple, right?

 2 - Evaluate the condition of your home.

 Large furniture can make large spaces seem small, so be sure to always lead with “less is more!”. Also be sure to stick to neutral colors throughout the home. This combination can really make a difference in the overall perception of the Buyers’ eyes!

 3 - Freshen up the home with a fresh coat of paint.

 This will help keep the focus on each room. Again, be sure to choose a neutral color as this could help elevate your personal style & compliment your home by being uniform throughout.
